Abstract

This research aims to develop a curriculum by planning learning strategies using a Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach. The Merdeka Curriculum is the latest curriculum implemented in education in Indonesia. The Merdeka Curriculum is an approach to education in Indonesia which aims to provide freedom and flexibility in the learning process. This curriculum is designed to develop student character, promote creativity, and improve critical thinking skills. By utilizing the results of AKMI (Indonesian Madrasah Competency Assessment) which is used as an evaluation tool to measure students' basic abilities in literacy (reading, numeracy, science and social culture) which are relevant to learning. The method used is descriptive analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and implementation of AKMI in the PBL context. The research results show that AKMI, with its interactive features, can enrich the learning experience by emphasizing literacy and can even integrate four literacy components in AKMI. This strategy can also encourage students' active participation in the fiqh learning process and increase their learning motivation. Thus, the use of AKMI has proven to be effective in developing more interactive and meaningful learning. With the results of this research, AKMI can develop an implemented curriculum.
