Abstract

This research explores the role of accommodative and inclusive content socio-cultural literacy learning in overcoming culture shock in the era of globalization. Using a qualitative approach through literature analysis, this study identifies how multicultural education can shape students' social and cultural skills, increase tolerance and understanding of diversity. Results show that the integration of socio-cultural literacy in the education curriculum can help students better face the challenges of globalization, as well as reduce the negative impact of 21st century culture shock. In addition, this research highlights the importance of digital innovation in local cultural preservation, allowing the younger generation to connect with traditional values while being open to change. Cultural intelligence is identified as a key element in facilitating more harmonious intercultural interactions. The research recommends the development of accommodative and inclusive teaching materials to create a learning environment that supports diversity and cultural preservation. Thus, socio-cultural literacy education serves not only as a cultural preservation tool, but also as a strategy to build a more inclusive and adaptive society.
